Natural food colour for black shades

Black

ABOUT THE PRODUCT

Vegetable carbon (E153) is a natural food colour produced by carbonising plant material, specifically green bamboo. The pigment is a black, odourless and tasteless powder.

Its fine particle size and shape provide vivid colouring at low dosage. The colour is available as a powder and as adapted water- and oil-soluble pastes.
